The normal chartered snow train from Paris to the alps has been cancelled for this winter.
However there is a couchette train from Paris to Bourg St Maurice running this winter giving you 8 days skiing.
The train leaves Paris d,Austerlitz at 2302 on Friday evening and arrives at Bourg at 0751 on the Saturday. Return is 2130 from Bourg on the following Saturday arriving in Paris at 0621 on Sunday morning.
Paris d’Austerlitz is a 3.25 journey from Paris Gare du Nord and takes about 8 minutes.

For anyone who has not taken the train before you have to get the Eurostar to Paris Gare du Nord from St Pancras, Stratford or Folkestone.
